About the Role

Adway is on an amazing growth journey and to be able to reach our goals we need more great talents to join us shape the future of digital talent acquisition! You will team up with the Head of People and Culture and be in charge of the recruitment process. Together you will also work closely with the full employee experience cycle to ensure we attract and retain the right talents. 

Your everyday work will include close collaboration with our hiring managers within different functions. You will be involved throughout recruitment processes, everything from requirements profile, search, support in interviews, and all the way up until our new employees join our team.

Throughout this role, you will also play a really important part in our relation to the candidate market, not only through our recruitments processes but also through continuing to expand our presence in targeted networks and on the labour market in general, i.e. strengthening our Employer Branding.

What you’ll bring to the team?  

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a self-driven person, and you take ownership of your tasks with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver within deadlines. You will have a consulting role internally and therefore, it is necessary for you to both build and over time, strengthen relationships with colleagues as well as potential candidates.

You also have:

  • Previous experience of a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing and proactive recruiting.
  • A creative mindset and proven ability to find a new “way of working”.
  • Experience in recruitment in a tech environment.
  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English.
