About the role
We have a new opportunity for an ambitious and driven Content Development Manager to join Acast's Content team. Based out of the UK headquarters in the heart of London, you will be responsible for expanding Acast’s UK content network by identifying, approaching, pitching to and signing content partners - be that a magazine publisher, a TV production company, a talent agency, a well-known comedian or an influencer. You will lead on commercial negotiations with your content partners, and diligently drive contracts through to signature. 

As well as a strong knowledge of podcasting, you’ll be a fantastic pitcher and public speaker, and demonstrate a sensitivity for what makes content commercial, as well as an appreciation of the rapidly evolving podcast landscape. This opportunity will be suited to someone who is ambitious, commercially-minded, personable, great at pitching and networking and a real self-starter.
