•Work with the Engineering Manager and the wider Engineering team of the area to prioritize roadmap items and evaluate capacity each quarter
•Act as Product Expert for the area attending the Agile rituals and being the main product stakeholder in the day by day for engineering
•Educate engineering on the business context of their work
•Provide training to sales and business stakeholders on the product as well as working with product marketing on collateral/training material to provide to the business
Who you are:
As a successful candidate, you have experience working with medium to large sales organizations having previously worked in a sales operations, product or solution engineering role. You’ll have a great passion for automation of manual processes and scalability, and an overall willingness to challenge existing habits and processes to ensure company growth and scalability.
You will have worked in a product management role, ideally with a complex ad tech platform and/or targeting solution and you’ll be proficient in breaking down big epics into smaller problems that can be easily digested by the tech team. You would be technically educated, either you will be coming from a product or a solution engineering background and you will be able to understand the basic of APIs, overall system architectures as well as general adtech challenges.
Where you will be:
•Most of our teams are hybrids with some members co-located in offices and some working remote.
•With a remote first way of working we want you to feel productive regardless of work location!
•Where? For this role, it can be within the UK or Sweden
•Working hours? We want to avoid teams distributed over time-zones, so this team will operate within the CET time zone for collaboration.
•This setup allows us for more flexibility and work-life balance.
