About the role
We have a new opportunity for a creative and determined self-starter to help our top podcast creators achieve and exceed their long-term goals with Acast.

As Partner Manager you will join our expert UK Content team to work directly with our podcasters - leading and managing day-to-day relationships and helping to build optimum strategies for their podcasts.

You will work across a wide array of genres and audiences, with a particular focus on new and existing sports podcasts. You’ll also work directly with Acast’s Sales, PR, Growth, Acquisitions and Product teams, as well as with colleagues in the global offices, working cross-functionally to successfully develop, launch, and scale, audience and monetisation strategies for our podcasters.

Previous experience in sports content is ideal, with exceptional contacts in the space preferable. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of sports content in podcasting and beyond, and how this can be applied to further Acast's sports podcaster ambitions.

You’ll love working with talent and agents, building and maintaining key relationships, attending podcast events, offering content consultancy, helping to develop new formats and building industry contacts. Our podcasters’ success will be your priority. We’re looking for someone with exceptional people skills, who is creative, organised, and proactive. Most importantly—you must love podcasts! You will be working out of Acast's London HQ in a hybrid working model.
