About the role

We are now looking for a driven Accounts Receivable Manager to our team in London.  We're a tight team who thrive together, we laugh a lot and are open and supportive of each other. In this very important role you will be the link between the Sales department and the Billing department. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that customer information is accurate and up to date and that the governance of sales orders and reconciling against invoice. 

You will be in charge of ensuring that the entire chain of sold ads reconciles with invoicing what’s being paid to podcasters. You will need to keep track of the DSO report and manage and follow up on unpaid due invoices, be responsible for investigating the backlog of unpaid invoices, and identifying areas of our process that require improvement and offering solutions.





In this role you will need to confidently communicate with:
  • Sales department
  • Accounts receivable department
  • Customers/Agencies
  • Pod-payout department
  • Legal

  • Who you are:
  • Organized and able to handle large transaction volumes, but still see the specific customer
  • Investigation skills and confident in approaching customers with queries
  • Don't hesitate to  escalate when necessary
  • Service minded approach to our customers and internal sales teams
  • Experience from working with deadlines 
  • Sense for details and thoroughness – as always in finance work

  • It is meritorious if you have:
  • Experience with accounting of AR in an international organization, preferably from a listed company
  • Agency experience /experience from advertising industry
  • System knowledge (Netsuite, Oracle, Sales Force)
