About the role
We have a new opportunity for a personable, adaptable and highly organised media professional to help the UK’s most renowned and acclaimed publishers achieve and exceed their long-term goals with Acast.

As Partner Manager, you will be joining our expert UK Content team to work directly with our publisher and media house partners - leading and managing day-to-day relationships and helping to build optimum strategies for their podcasts. Acast works with some of the most respected and revered news brands in the UK as well as magazine publishers and digital brands. Working alongside an existing Partner Manager specialised in publisher podcasts, you will work across a wide array of genres and audiences, enabling publishers to succeed in their podcasting strategies.

You’ll work directly with Acast’s Sales, PR, Growth, Acquisitions and Product teams, as well as with colleagues in our global offices, working cross-functionally to successfully launch and scale new podcasts, reach new audiences and deliver creative and resourceful marketing for our publishers’ podcast portfolios.

Experience working with publishers and media houses is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate how they can confidently navigate large and often complex institutions with a heritage in news and media production, while also advising smaller organisations starting their podcast operations from scratch.

You will be a fast learner, building and maintaining key relationships, attending podcast events and offering content consultancy and marketing support. You will also find solutions to publishers’ needs with Acast’s suite of tools and products.

Our publishers’ success will be your priority. Therefore this opportunity is suited to someone with exceptional people skills, who is creative, organised, and proactive. Most importantly—you must love podcasts! You will be working out of our London HQ in a hybrid working model.
